Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Use of Card
   This gift card (“Card”) may be used for purchases of merchandise or services at participating store locations within Australia or on our official Australian website. It cannot be redeemed outside Australia or for any transactions not expressly permitted by us.
2. Expiry – 3 Years
   This Card expires 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise required by law.
   The expiry date is clearly printed or displayed on the Card or accompanying purchase receipt.
   After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
3. No Post-Purchase Fees
   In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law gift card provisions, no dormancy, activation, account-keeping, or other post-purchase fees apply to this Card.
   (Note: A fee may apply only if the customer chooses certain optional replacement or delivery services.)
4. Non-Refundable
   Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except as required by Australian law. Once issued, the Card cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
   Treat the Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Cards will not be replaced or refunded unless we can verify the original purchase and that the Card has not been redeemed. Any replacement is at our sole discretion.
6. Balance and Transaction Enquiries
   You can check your Card balance or recent transactions in-store, online, or via our customer service team. The Card balance will decrease by each purchase amount until it reaches zero.
7. Reloadable Status
   Non-Reloadable: No additional funds may be added after initial purchase.
8. Restrictions on Use
   The Card cannot be used for:
   - Purchasing other gift cards
   - Payment of credit accounts
   - Cash withdrawals
   - Unlawful or fraudulent transactions
   We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a Card if misuse or fraud is suspected.
9. Returns for Purchases Made with a Gift Card
   Items returned that were purchased using a Card will be refunded to a new gift card or store credit, as required under Australian Consumer Law. No cash refunds will be issued unless mandated by law.
10. Consumer Guarantees
    These terms do not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that apply to goods and services purchased with the Card.
11. No Resale
    Cards must not be resold or used for advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
13. Amendments to Terms
    We may modify these Terms & Conditions only where permitted under Australian law. Any updated terms will be published on our official website.
